1. WHEN IS THE 2025 SEAA WORLD SERIES TOURNAMENT
JULY 7-13 (July 13 will be used as a weather day if needed)
2. WHAT IS THE ADDRESS FOR THE PARK ?

3. CAN I ENTER MY TEAM ON-LINE?
YES, AN ENTRY FORM MUST BE COMPLETED.
MAIL-IN FORM CONTAINS INFO. ALSO PLEASE READ.
4. CAN I USE A CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR ENTRY FEE?
YES, CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR THE ONLINE ENTRY FORM. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE ENTRY FORM.
5. IS THERE AN ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM SELECTED?
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS ARE PRESENTED TO 1ST AND 2ND PLACE ALONG WITH A TEAM AWARD.
6. IS THERE A COACH’S MEETING? USUALLY IN CONJUNCTION WITH OPENING CEREMONIES.
A COACHES MEETING WILL BE SCHEDULED. TIMES AND LOCATION TBA.
7. WHAT MUST COACHES DO TO RECEIVE THEIR 3 PASSES FOR THE GATE? THERE IS A LINK ON THE HOME PAGE OF THE WEBSITE. COACHES MUST SUBMIT A PHOTO FOR ID BADGE MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN THE PARK. IF NO BADGE, YOU WILL WEAR A WRISTBAND ALL WEEK. IF REMOVED WILL BE VOID. LINK WILL BE SENT TO COACHES.
8. WHEN/WHERE IS TEAM CHECK- IN?
TEAM CHECK-IN WILL BE AT OPENING CEREMONIES AND TEAMS MAY CHECK IN AT THE FIELD BEFORE THEIR FIRST GAME. COMPLETED ROSTER MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE FIRST GAME TO RECEIVE COACH BADGES.
9. ALL TEAMS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF TEAM INSURANCE.

10. WHERE CAN I OBTAIN A SEAA TEAM ROSTER? CLICK HERE! PLEASE COMPLETE ALL SPACES. MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME. MUST CONTAIN PARENTAL OR GUARDIAN SIGNATURE. NO OTHER ROSTER ACCEPTED.
11. ARE STEEL CLEATS ALLOWED?
The fields at Caswell Park are Dirt, Steel Cleats are allowed
BUT if we have to move to turff fields at anytime you will need turff shoes
12. COACHES MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF ELIGIBILTY FOR A PLAYER IF PROTESTED.
PROOF CONSISTS OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PICTURE ID-DRIVERS LICENSE W/PICTURE OR CURRENT PICTURE OF YOUNGER CHILD.

13 SHOULD I PRE-ORDER TOURNAMENT T-SHIRTS? LIMITED NUMBER OF T-SHIRTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE T-SHIRT BOOTH. TOURNAMENT T-SHIRTS CAN/SHOULD BE PRE-ORDERED-ORDER INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED ON WEB-SITE AT A RESONABLE TIME BEFORE TOURNAMENT.
14. AGE DIVISIONS: 16U, 14U, 12U, 11U, 10U,9U as long as we get at least 8 teams per age group for split groups if not they will be combined. MAIL IN ENTRY FORM AND ON-LINE ENTRY AT WWW.SEAAYOUTH.NET
16 MUST I WEAR MY TOURNAMENT PASS/OR DAILY WRISTBAND AT ALL TIMES?
ONCE PURCHASED, A WRIST BAND MUST BE WORN-IT BECOMES VOID IF REMOVED FOR ANY REASON-
